Take a basic camp with you, most sandstorms don't hurt you. When it does get bad you get a message about it.

In agreement, don't see much point having very high garden costs.

I support this idea, already have friends picking species purely for the stats and later regretting their choices.

Different strokes for different folks, I personally take no enjoyment in the grind with the exception of completing it, I like how this server is currently set up as it's rather painless to level.
