Interesting idea. The age of this game and it's engine prevent somethings, but it's very intriguing. There has been discussion among players for as long as I can remember about having instanced apartments in cities. People with patios wanting to put a table outside. Soon someone owning an NPC theater will be begging to put things "outside." :)

So, sounds like it's a matter of balancing all the things we want to incorporate with the time it takes to do it and the priorities of all the things. All the Things... so much.

Still I enjoyed the instanced housing in EQII, but it's nothing compared to the freedom we have in SWG. I liked instanced because it was relatively private.
