Doctors ain't gonna doct

So let's say you create a Doctor and you're happy because you don't have to grind out 18 boxes of Medic before you can do anything.

What can you do?

Nothing. Because all the healing commands are in the Medic tree. In fact, in order to even use higher level Doctor packs, you're going need to Master Medic anyway just to get the required modifier.

Which does kind of tend to make one wonder what the point was.

Yeah please make it so I can be a doctor without having to have points in Medic. It's a real drag.

Odd suggestion. Rip EVERYTHING that is currently in Doctor and shove it into Medic. Yeah, that is a lot. Then replace doctor with either the just pre-cu or cu Jedi Healing tree and rename everything. Then you have Medics who can certainly do the job of healing but they need a bunch of gear to do it. On the other hand you'd have Doctors trained to use techniques and science so advanced as to seem almost mystical.
