Combat Balance Roadmap

EPIC: Abilities ( 1 week Dev Time/ 1 week test )
1. Commando Special Revamp ( Development Complete)
2. Squad Leader Adjustments (Development Complete)
3. State Appliers Ability Balancing ( increasing change to apply, decreasing damage and speed modifier ) (Development In Progress)
4. Profession Ability HAM balancing ( smugglers / BH ) special costs should be closer together.
5. Skill set Ability balancing ( see Skill set roadmap )

EPIC: NPC Resists ( 1 week Dev Time / 1 week test )
1. Balance Dungeon Mobs ( NPC HAM, Resists and Ability Sets )
2. Balance Current Factional Mobs.
3. Balance Adventure Planets - ( Dath, Endor, Yavin )
4. Balance Wilder Planets ( Rori, Talus, Tanaab, Dantooine, Lok )
5. Balance Civilized Planets ( Corellia, Naboo, Tatooine )
6. Balance Destroy Mission spawns

EPIC: Berserk ( 1 week Dev Time / 1 week test )
1. Allow Berserked character to use specials.
2. Ensure damage affects both ranged and melee.
3. Ensure cannot CoB during berserk and vice versa.

EPIC:
State Defense Revamp
( 3 week Dev Time / 4 week test )
1. Create stat fix login script ( ie if we change skill box stat values characters get updated without having to drop / relearn )
2. Re-balance State Defense Distribution
3. Re-balance Melee Tanking toughness
4. Increase Secondary defenses in all skill sets.
