Creature Handler and Bio Engineer?

Is Ranger the best profession for someone who wants to do CH/BE?

I think Ranger would be the ideal choice. There's no more Scout, so only Rangers would have mask scent.

I would reckon yes - camouflage and Mask Scent will make DNA sampling much easier!
