Depends on what you're looking to do.

If you're looking toward combat, Creature Handler and Medic tend to both be very valuable regardless of what else you're doing with your combat skills. Medic healing has obvious benefits, but CH can add to your DPS and/or provide you a very good mount as an alternative to speeders. (Cat mounts are a thing here, and are a shade slower than speeders but have the benefit of being combat-capable and don't blow up.)

If you're looking at crafting, or just filling out some skillpoints, Surveyor can do the trick. Even if you're not actively crafting, there's always the possibility of gathering a high-value resource to sell or trade.
