Why does it need to be made?
All species in the game can wear hoods or hooded robes, Ithorians cannot however and I feel they miss out. Whether the hoods already in game be adapted to fit them or brand new robes/hoods (as shown in the pictures) are made, up to devs (though those unique Itho ones would be nice).
