DNA Sampling modifier....

So....with some races having a slight boost to this bio engineer stat....what does that actually mean? Will they be able to get DNA from higher level creatures? Before I think the max you could sample was level 70.....with a +15 DNA sampling, does that take it to 80+?

And will I as a human BE need to get Ivory to grab my DNA for me? Will there be a cap somehow so that catching up is a matter of finding the right skill tapes or will it be Arcona or go home? (That isn't really a complaint, just want to know.)

Arcona is just for highest sampling ....but ishi tib is the best at experimentation for actually creating creatures.
