Merchant as a Skill

Would love to be able to train in Merchant as skill without having to sacrifice another profession for it. Otherwise I must depend on a merchant friend or guildie to set up a vendor for me, manage my wares, etc.

Alternatively, lifting restrictions on the bazaar (no more item limit or sales figure cap) would be nice.
