Move Bestine Art Museum paintings to Artisan

Currently all of the Bestine Art Museum painting schematics require Architect - Furniture 3, which to me does not make much sense, since paintings aren't furniture, strictly speaking.

Could they be moved to Artisan - Art 2 (Painting), instead, since that box doesn't actually have any PAINTINGS in it?
